Begun in December 2018 and lasted just over 2 years, the renovation led to the creation of 7 rooms located on the two floors of the main villa, and 7 independent housing units, of which three are two-roomed and four three-roomed, as well as a reception with an adjoining shelter merci, in the building that were once housed in the old agricultural warehouses.
In the Villa, the key element of the design development was to not alter the architectural characteristics of the rooms and pre-existing finishes: the result is very large rooms according to the style of the time.
In the old warehouses, the architectural choices focused on a rational organization of the spaces, making them usable in maximum comfort. In this context, the finishing elements, characterized by neutral and natural colors, combined with furnishing elements such as the tools of the Sicilian agricultural tradition, have made it possible to create unique characteristic and refined environments.
